Due to the nature of a multidimensional healing I highly recommend that immediately after your session you allow for gentle quiet time for relaxation, rest and grounding in nature and above all increase your water intake – allowing 48 hours for full integration of energetic transformations.
Transformation cannot be forced and sometimes, a client may not be ready to move on and let go of old patterns. I will always respect this and support the client as far as possible.
