I find it fascinating that when we break our material world down to the sub-atomic, all these bits of matter that we are built of are nothing more than energy. Nothing at all.

When I was growing up, we were told that even atoms were built of ‘stuff’ and I imagined tiny little protons circling around a solid nucleus, much like a solar system.

Well, now it is pretty clear that these tiny building blocks of life, the atoms that make up the molecules, the cells, the tissues, the bones and all that we are. . . are nothing more than energy.

Think about that for a second and let it sink in.

To truly comprehend this is the doorway to understanding what is possible for you in all manner of things. Your health, your relationships, your spiritual health, your life and indeed your death.

Right now there is a worldwide awakening, and at its root is this core understanding.
